Head of Content

Paddy started his career in RTÉ in 2005 working as a presenter on TV and radio for over ten years.
As Head of Content for JOE, he helped create eleven different filmed podcast brands, all of them sponsored, including GAA Hour (Paddy Power), House of Rugby (GUINNESS) Architects of Business (EY), Ireland Unfiltered (Carlsberg Unfiltered), The Big Reviewski (Omniplex), The Football Spin (Cadbury) and PlayxPlay (AIG).
GAA Hour and Ireland Unfiltered were named Digital Media Awards Podcasts of the Year in 2018 and 2019.

Head of Video

Colm has been working in media (PR, TV production, digital) for the past 14 years. His television work includes credits with BBC, UTV Ireland, ITV, RTE, Virgin Media, TG4 and Channel 5. He has also worked directly with some of the largest commercial brands in the world. As Head of production for Maximum Media/Greencastle Media Group (JOE, Her, SportsJOE, HerFamily, LovinDublin and Lovin.ie) he oversaw the day to day production of all content, ranging from filmed podcasts to large scale multi-platform campaigns to small white label content.

Head of Audio

Shane founded Collaborative Studios in 2019, a podcast production space based in Dublin, which specialises in helping podcast creators create the best audio experience possible. He began his career in Communicorp as a Broadcast Engineer, working on a variety of shows and events across their stations. Shane left to become Head of Audio & Studio Manager in Maximum Media, working on podcasts and live shows including The JOE Show, GAA Hour and House of Rugby, as well as a host of external clients such as Mondelez, Unilever, AIB, Centra, Diageo & many more.
